Your club has one signup page — a link and QR code you can put on a table tent, a counter card, your website or an email. Golfers sign themselves up, get their player pass on their phone, and finish signed in to their own account, where they can see their balance and tee times.
How golfers sign up
- They open your link (or scan the QR code) and enter their email.
- We email them a link to confirm the address. It works for 7 days.
- Opening the link takes them to a short profile step: their name, plus a phone number, date of birth or marketing consent if you ask for them.
- They land signed in to their account with a welcome message and the Add to Apple Wallet / Add to Google Wallet buttons. We also email them their pass.
If the email already belongs to one of your players, they skip the profile step and go straight to their account. Their player type isn't changed.
Already a member? The page has a Sign in link. It emails a one-time sign-in link to their account — no password.
Set it up
Go to Signup page in the sidebar.
- Accepting signups — turn the page on. While it's off, the link shows a not-found page.
- Player type for new signups — the type new golfers are tagged with.
- Appearance — a light or dark theme, and the button colour (your player pass colour, or a custom one). The logo and pass artwork come from your player pass design.
- Fields — ask for a phone number (optional), date of birth and marketing consent (each off, optional or required), and change the consent wording.
- Content — the title, description and button text for each step. Leave a field blank to use the default. In the welcome step,
{name}becomes the golfer's first name.
The preview on the right updates as you type. Switch between Desktop and Mobile, and click through the steps. Click Save signup page when you're done.
Share it
Click Share signup link at the top of the page to copy the link or download a QR code (1024px, big enough to print).
Links and QR codes from the old signup forms still work — they now open your signup page.
Tracking signups
The top of the page shows how many signups were started and completed in the last 30 days. New players show Source: Signup page on their player page, along with their date of birth and marketing consent when they gave them.
